Charter of the Transnational Republican Party

Article I – Name and Purpose
The name of the Party is the Transnational Republican Party (TRP). Its sole purpose is the peaceful, democratic establishment of the United States of the American Hemisphere (USAH) through phased integration completed by 2100. The TRP is not a national party but a hemispheric movement open to citizens and lawful residents of any American republic.
Article II – Core Principles
The Party is guided by the seven tenets of Transnational Republicanism: hemispheric liberty, federated sovereignty, civic virtue over identity politics, anti-imperialism, economic republicanism, secular republicanism, and technological/ecological republicanism.
Article III – Monetary Policy Commitment
The Party commits to modeling hemispheric monetary policy on El Salvador’s pioneering Bitcoin adoption: Bitcoin shall become legal tender throughout the Hemisphere, supported by a shared Hemispheric Digital Wallet, Strategic Bitcoin Reserves, renewable-energy mining incentives, and zero capital-gains taxation on Bitcoin transactions. This framework ensures monetary freedom and stability without centralized fiat control.
Article IV – First Legislative Priority
In every national parliament or congress where TRP members serve, the first priority is authorization and funding of the Interhemispheric Interstate System as the foundational infrastructure project of the USAH.
Article V – Membership
Any citizen or lawful resident who swears the following oath may join: “I affirm the indivisibility of republican liberty across the Hemisphere and renounce all forms of nationalism, imperialism, and identity collectivism that divide us.” Membership is free and open; no dues are required.
Article VI – Governance
The Party shall operate through democratic conventions, with equal voice for members from every republic. Leadership rotates among regions. All decisions require transparent, blockchain-verified voting.
Article VII – Amendments
This Charter may be amended only by a two-thirds vote of a hemispheric convention.
Ratified by the Founding Convention, 2026.
